Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 February 2026

1. About Community Cookbook

Community Cookbook (“the app”, “the service”) is a monday.com marketplace app that provides custom automation triggers and actions (referred to as “recipes”). The app is built and maintained by Community Cookbook (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By installing or using Community Cookbook, you agree to these terms of service.

2. monday.com Platform

Community Cookbook is a third-party app distributed through the monday.com marketplace. Use of the app is also subject to monday.com's own terms of service and privacy policy. The app runs entirely on monday code infrastructure within monday.com's platform.

3. Subscription and Pricing

Community Cookbook is available for £9.99/month, billed through the monday.com marketplace. This subscription includes:

  • Access to all current automation recipes
  • Access to all future recipes added to the library at no additional cost
  • The ability to suggest new recipes for the development roadmap

Billing, payment processing, and subscription management are handled entirely by monday.com through their marketplace. Refunds and cancellations are subject to monday.com's marketplace policies.

4. What You Get

Your subscription gives you access to a growing library of custom automation blocks (triggers and actions) that extend monday.com's native automation capabilities. New recipes are added regularly based on community requests and are included in your existing subscription at no extra cost.

5. How the App Works

All automation recipes run within monday.com's platform using the monday apps framework. The app:

  • Accesses only the board and column data necessary to execute your configured automations
  • Does not store any data outside of monday.com
  • Does not collect personal information
  • Operates within the permissions you grant during installation

6. Availability and Support

We aim to keep Community Cookbook available and functioning at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on monday.com's platform, APIs, and infrastructure, which are outside our control.

If you experience issues with the app, you can reach us through our contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Community Cookbook is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app
  • We are not responsible for any data loss, workflow disruption, or business impact caused by the app, monday.com platform changes, or service interruptions
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any automation recipe
  • Use the app in any way that violates monday.com's terms of service or acceptable use policy
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the app or its recipes

9. Intellectual Property

All automation recipes, code, and content within Community Cookbook are the intellectual property of Community Cookbook. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the recipes within your monday.com account for the duration of your subscription.

10. Termination

You can cancel your subscription and uninstall the app at any time through the monday.com marketplace. Upon uninstallation, all app permissions are immediately revoked and the automation recipes will stop functioning on your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the monday.com marketplace or via the email associated with your monday.com account. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Contact
